Kick off your evening with a sunset dinner by the pool savouring the freshest seafood and enjoy the backdrop of the best strip of sand lined with palm trees and lush foliage. When the lights go out, join us for moonlight dancing as we illuminate the night skies. Come dressed in your best tiki/tropical-themed outfits. Rain or shine, join us in our tropical paradise.
DJ RUSHMO
DJ Rushmo, born in the late 70s in Soweto is a record collector, a producer and has traveled internationally as Sound Engineer with some of the most recognized and influential musicians in the South African music industry. He has a distinctly unique ability to stick to a rhythmic theme while blending multiple genres. He refers to himself as "a bit of a Style Bender". His sets usually draw inspiration from a mix of Afro, Disco, Funk laid on a steady pulse of dance floor worthy beats such as Pop, House and Hip Hop. His eclectic taste allows him to take you through a sensory journey and awakening. With a dance floor, chill areas, and friendly faces, they have a lot of treats in store for you, like a free toast to the African genre.
JNR AKA JUST NOT RIGHT
Hailing from Toronto, JNR credits his love for music to the weekly trips to the record shop at the local mall with his dad and siblings at a ripe young age of 5. Older cousins with regular basement parties also had a huge part in inspiring him to DJ. In Singapore since 1998, he has been purveying his brand of soul-inspired feel-good music whenever he plays. JNR’s sound at its heart, is a blend of Deep House, Detroit Techno, fused with Boogie, Philly Soul and early Chicago House. He is inspired by Djs like Theo Parrish, DJ T, Cajmere, MK, RadioSlave, Jeff Mills, Ben Klock, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, Osunlade, to name a few. And his love for Soul-inspired music runs deep, as he as also been known to throw down eclectic sets, blending Vintage Breaks, Neo Soul and Jazzy Hip Hop, or even hold it down with straight up Old Skool Hip Hop.
