Christian Smith is a renowned DJ and producer known for his bold and innovative approach to techno music. He has been at the forefront of the techno scene for over a decade, consistently delivering groovy and memorable tracks. Although born in Sweden, Christian's formative years in Frankfurt, Germany greatly influenced his musical preferences.
Christian founded his own label, Tronic, which has since become a dominant force in the techno scene. Tronic's releases, including tracks by Christian himself and artists like ANNA, Paco Osuna, Drunken Kong, Kaiserdisco, and Enrico Sangiuliano, have consistently topped the charts.
Christian's music has garnered widespread acclaim, earning him a place on the charts and in DJs' playlists. He has released tracks on esteemed labels such as Drumcode, Cocoon, Plus8/Minus, Bedrock, Mobilee, and Tronic. His EP on Drumcode was the label's best-selling release in 2020. During the pandemic, Christian started the Tronic Thursday stream, attracting over 10 million viewers and establishing itself as a prominent regular techno stream online.
