What's This Party All About ? If you love to dance, but you're over the nightclub scene, come to Dreamland Silent Disco's party at The Waldorf's Tiki Bar with 3 live DJs playing simultanously through our wireless headphones! What Kind of Music Will You Be Playing ? BLUE Station = EDM // Dance RED Station = Top Hits GREEN Station = Throwbacks. What Is a Silent Disco? A silent disco, in the simplest sense, is a headphone dance party. It solves all the problems of a typical dance party by creating a more comfortable and enjoyable user experience. All music is transmitted wirelessly to headphones, so there are no loud noises to shout over, you can adjust your volume on the headsets so the music is always just right. There are up to 3 stations of music to select on the headphones, so you never get tired of what's playing and stay on the dance floor longer. Dreamland's headphones also illuminate with LED colors that indicate station selection, so you can see what people around you are dancing to, and maybe connect with somebody new. And finally, headphones are much more fun than speakers, as you will catch yourself laughing hard while watching people dance and sing with reckless abandon while no music plays. Dreamland Silent Disco & Social Club is an inclusive, lighthearted event company that loves connecting communities, and creating friendships. Dreamland's parties are not so much about recreating a nightclub scene, but rather, our goal is for our guests to experience the joy of dancing in a comfortable, playful environment. How Do I Use the Headphones ? Check out our tutorial on youtube here. It will save time when you check in! What Should I Bring With Me to the Party ? Your dancing shoes, comfortable clothes (we love sweaty dancers!), and a spare debit or credit card as collateral if you will be using one at the bar. A credit or debit card is required as collateral for use of EACH headset, and will be returned to you at the end of the evening upon the return of the headset. Please don't steal our headphones. They won't work at home. By purchasing an admission ticket you agree to pay $100, charged to your card, if headphones are not returned by the end of the event. This Sounds Like the Dance Party I Never Knew I Always Wanted! Can You Guys Come Over and Play At My House ? Why, yes. Yes we can! Dreamland is available for all sorts of private events! With Dreamland's battery-operated lighting and portable power, we specialize in creating events in outdoor and off-grid venues. Our equipment can be used for a range of purposes including weddings, backyard bashes, house parties, lectures, karaoke, fitness classes, singles mixers, mobile tours, party busses, etc, and is ideal for any venue that might need a low-to-no volume alternative.
