QUIX hailing all the way from New Zealand, has been tearingup the minimal trap scene for a while now, shaking new ground with hissignature wonky sound design. Coming off of a massive 40-date North American Spring 2017tour, QUIX has released his debut EP, Heaps Cool on Dim Mak. The six recordspush the boundaries of pop and trap showing QUIX's diverse range of skills andtalent. “Four Letter Lie” and “Riot Call" show his ability to merge andmanipulate genres while staying true to all things QUIX. He has quickly gained the support from top tier DJsincluding Skrillex, RL Grime, Major Lazer, and What So Not and has released onlabels including as Dim Mak, Mad Decent, Fool’s Gold, and Nest.
