Kizen Records are coming together with London based electronic-ambient label Astral Industries to share and fuse their individual sounds in a once-in-a-lifetime ambient session in Hong Kong. It is an invitation for music lovers to get lost in syncopated reveries in a space without boundaries for limitless music.
ASTRAL INDUSTRIES
Astral Industries should need no introduction. Since 2014, the UK-based record label is probably best known for its enlightening and enchanting vinyl releases as well as brilliant artwork by Theo Ellsworth. Once acquainted with the label and their ethos, it becomes immediately clear that this is a game of quality over quantity (and that goes for the exceptional artwork and high-quality pressings too). Their sound is immersively psychedelic, yet at the same time, it is imbued with a distinctly human quality – something that was relatable yet ethereal. Their work has provided new take-on on obscure and forgotten gems of the past that deserve artistic reinterpretation.
