Born and raised in California, DJ Mark West stepped behind the turntables for the first time at 12 years old. His diverse music style on the turntables was influenced by artists like Invisibl Skratch Piklz, Jazzy Jeff and Z-Trip. From Hip-Hop and R&B to House and EDM, Mark West got you covered. His passion for music took him to Los Angeles in 2012, where he began working with The Stereotypes, the Grammy-winning producers behind artists such as Bruno Mars (24k ,What I Like) , Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Super Junior, EXO, Austin Mahone , John Legend , Far East Movement and many more . Elevating his profile in LA, DJ Mark West opened live shows for Miguel, Silento, Naughty By Nature, Ginuwine, Sean Kingston , Mario, Chanelle, Fatman Scoop, Iyaz, Omni , and eventually touring the United States as the official DJ for Travis Garland’s Fashionably Late Tour.
