In seeking a more subtle and emotional sound, Harris departed from his tried and true methods as a solo studio engineer, forging creative collaborations that rekindled his long dormant interest in the craft of songwriting, live instrumentation and performance. The result was an album laced with piano, guitar, cello, trumpet and vocals by Danish singer Gry Bagøien, which was painstakingly recorded, mixed on an analog SSL board, mastered by industry veteran Joe Lambert and delivered as a triple LP on Scissor and Thread, a new label Harris formed as a platform for this highly personal expression.

Victor Vega, hailing from Jersey City via Northampton, has been part of the dance-music culture for the past 15 years studying media production, promotion, and learning the music. In 2004, Victor moved from Massachusetts to California to further his knowledge of event and music production, promotion, and DJing.
